Уберите внизу httpd.conf эти строки:

Отредактируйте директиву таким образом:
DocumentRoot "C:/apache"

Ваш скрипт должен находиться внутри C:/apache.

Как указано в статье, заомментируйте блок начинающийся строкой:
<Directory "C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/htdocs">
И заканчивающийся закрывающим блок тегом:
</Directory>

Спасибо большое.. Все заново переустановил с лупой и медленно. Все заработало.

Да действительно.. Запустил phpinfo() глянул а там OFF ...Сменил..добился чтобы при phpinfo() выводилось On .. Перезапустил apache но все также как и было..

При принудительном запросе в броузере вывода основного файла php (left.php) выводит весь код просто в броузере.. В логах apache такая строка - [Tue Feb 17 00:08:01 2009] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] (20024)The given path is misformatted or contained invalid characters: Cannot map GET /"javascript:load('left.php?$d;$row[0];All;1;;')\\" HTTP/1.1 to file, referer: http://office.micc/kalendar/left.php

При попытке в этой каше нажать на ссылку вывода чего-либо броузер выдает - Forbidden
