Я уже задолбался с этой ошибкой(Holm.ru or h16)! не правилен логин,пароль. Я точнее я его ввожу а он опять выводит табличку с вводом пароля!

Интересно ты конфигурируешь phpMyAdmin: зачем тебе http-аутентификация, если ты в конфиге прописываешь логин и пароль?

Да и какой файл надо править config.default.php или config.inc.php, а то я правлю оба!

Оба править не надо: config.inc.php - конфигурационный файл, config.default.php - файл, содержащий все переменные и их описания, которые можно использовать при настройке phpMyAdmin (не все из них могут понадобиться тебе)

куки ставить бесполезно!!!

Откуда такое решение? Ты уверен, что указываемый логин/пароль верные? Удается ли подключиться при config-аутентификации?

Ну вроде должен конектиться, а не хрена! ставлю конфиг , он входит только вот прочит ничего не возможно!!!куки ставить бесполезно!!!
По возможности привидите мне в пример свои эти два конф файла, которые на серваке!!
