Вероятно у вас не подключено расширение mod_ssl

Смотрите в конфигурационном файле строку:

LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so

Обязательно убедитесь в наличии данного модуля, иначе его надо будет установить.

Спасибо за совет, я думаю чем меньше толкаешь в оригинал, то сайт будет лучше работать.
Там ведут разработку Magento не глупые люди.
А то он может и навредить потом бегай и думай где ошибка что исправить.
А если голова как у меня пионера, много не надумаешь.

Я не вижу в этом ничего страшного. Поисковик, в любом случае, выберет только одну страницу, если найдет дублирующую, и в данном случае, нет особой разницы будет index.php или нет, так как посетитель при переходе получит искомую страницу.

Если хотите попробовать работу этого кода, то подключите.

У меня вопрос к спецам мне надо прописывать дерективу пере направления в дополнение в файл .htaccess
c:/zs/Apache2/htdocs/magento/.htaccess
Или нет вроде все работает не плохо

Вот что пишет один грамотный человек
Даже если у вас на сайте включены SEO-ссылки (другими словами, в админке Magento включена опция Use Web Server Rewrites), Magento всё равно самостоятельно не перенаправит <ваш сайт>/index.php в <ваш сайт>/
Таким образом, у вашего магазина с точки зрения поисковых систем будет 2 главные страницы с одинаковым сореджимым.
Для перенаправления <ваш сайт>/index.php в <ваш сайт>/ при уже включенной опции Use Web Server Rewrites в корневой файл .htaccess допишите сразу после RewriteEngine on (примерно 117 строка):

        RewriteBase /
        RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on
        RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]{3,9}\ /(.*)index\.php\ HTTP/ [NC]
        RewriteRule ^.*$ http://www.example.com/%1 [R=301,L]

        RewriteCond %{HTTPS} =on
        RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]{3,9}\ /(.*)index\.php\ HTTP/ [NC]

Я все коды убрал сделал оригинал файла .htaccess
c:\zs\Apache2\htdocs\magento\ в файле .htaccess
Я убрал # от RewriteBase /magento/ и поставил вниз перед RewriteBase /magento_latest/
Как Вы посоветовали и все заработало как часы
Мой путь локальный c:\zs\Apache2\htdocs\magento\
Так правильно

Удаляет index.php из URL в Magento локально
Дополнительно зайдите в Админ панель по адресу

http://127.0.0.1/magento/index.php/admin/
http://свой сайт/index.php/admin/

Установите в админке: System -> Configuration -> Web -> Search Engine Optimization -> Use Web Server Rewrites -> "Yes".
После этого очистите кеш Magento и перейдите на главную страницу магазина.
Из URL должна пропасть подстрока "index.php".

Если скрипт установлен в каталоге c:/zs/Apache2/htdocs/magento/ , то думаю должно быть так:

Попробуйте убрать этот код. Если не заработает, то добавьте. Мне сложно сказать точно, но необходимость этого блока не очевидна.

Сайт не был найден.

Наиболее вероятные причины:
• адрес может содержать опечатки.
• ссылку вы щелкнули, возможно, устарела.
У меня вопрос первый код нужен или нет? Для запуска mod_rewrite
Важно! Для того чтобы mod_rewrite работал, необходимо в заголовок файла .htaccess добавить:

Система Windows Vista SERVER_NAME localhost
У меня уже голова кругом я пионер в этом деле
Я установил Magento на локальный сервер ZendServer
Я хочу убрать /index.php из строки браузер
http://127.0.0.1/magento это дом, как только я хочу перейти на
Мои данные, Мои предпочтения, Корзина, Контроль Войдите
пример

http://127.0.0.1/magento/Мои предпочтения/

выдает ошибку сервер

Not Found

The requested URL /magento_latest/index.php was not found on this server.

Запрашиваемая страница / magento_latest / index.php не найдена на этом сервере.

если я сам в ручную подставляю /index.php

http://127.0.0.1/magento/index.php/Мои предпочтения/

то страницу видно

В админ панель я захожу так

[http://127.0.0.1/magento/index.php/admin/

Подскажите где капать чтобы переход был без проблем в Apache2\conf\httpd.conf или PHP Version 5.3.5
или в Magento в файле .htaccess

mod_rewrite является модулем Apache, поэтому к PHP он отношения не имеет.

Ошибки я не вижу. Уточните что вы вводите в браузере и на какую страницу идет перенаправление.

Установил в админке: System -> Configuration -> Web -> Search Engine Optimization -> Use Web Server Rewrites -> "Yes".
Кэш чистил
Для перенаправления <;ваш сайт>/index.php в <;ваш сайт>;/ при уже включенной опции Use Web Server Rewrites
Прописал c:\zs\Apache2\htdocs\magento\ в файле .htaccess дописал сразу после RewriteEngine on (примерно 117 строка):

        RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on
        RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]{3,9}\ /(.*)index\.php\ HTTP/ [NC]

Вот что прописал для запуска rewrite_module дал команду AllowOverride All

Может я что то не так сделал?

Судя по всему, PHP не настроен. Вышлите все конфигурационные файлы в которые вносили изменения на hanut@php-myadmin.ru Посмотрю есть ли ошибки.
