Файл с дампом лежит в папке examples

Код create_tables.sql не показываю, он стандартный из пакета с последней версией

Чего то не нашёл ... система то какая ? Я возился с FreeBSD ....

Сам то конфиг покажите ...

Посмотрите что именно не подключено, там есть ссылка.

У меня такая же проблема.
Конфиг взял из архива с дистром. Оттуда же взял create_tables.sql и импортировал.
Всё равно пишет, что

Необходимо очистить куки браузера. После этого должно заработать.
