Попробуйте скачать последнюю версию phpMyAdmin и распаковать его в любой каталог на веб сервере. Я надеюсь, что хоть какие-то ошибки выйдут.

что именно нужно сделать? Есть другой каталог , все пути естественно прописал, открывает index.php и index. html apache тоже работает без ошибок, но база по прежнему не пускает. Может есть какой нибудь вариант открыть phpmyadmin не стандартными способами ?
