Прошу объяснить

Вопрос один в один как здесь http://forum.php-myadmin.ru/viewtopic.php?id=1144
не могу понять в каком (файле) месте смотреть:

Целый день уже ушел, а не запускается phpmyadmin. Помогите, пож-та.

Если речь идет о php.ini, то я там вообще не нашел таких строк.

На директиву <?php phpinfo(); ?> пишет php_pdo.dll не установлен. Что-то не выбрано во время установки?
Но вроде как все что к делу относится выбирал.

Последнее исправил, раскоментировал соответств. строки в php.ini.
Но главная проблема не решилась.
